At Luna, we have a team of experienced engineers available to carry out services on the ice cream and shake machines every 8- 10 weeks. Rarely does something go wrong with our machines however if it does, our team is on hand to help 7 days a week. If we are unable to solve the problem over the phone, an engineer will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible and always within 48 hours

Our machines are available as either Three-phase or Single-phase. We can discuss what is most suitable for you.

For machines held in stock, we will ship out in 2-3 days. For any machines that require a site survey, we will arrange this for a convenient date and time for you. We will then discuss when we can deliver the machine.
